Nick Randall (
Rutger Hauer) is a modern-day bounty hunter who goes after notorious terrorist Malak Al Rahim (
Gene Simmons) in this action feature. Nick is called on after Malak disrupts Los Angeles with a series of fatal bombings.
William Russ plays Nick's friend and retired LAPD lieutenant Danny Quintz, with
