Synopsis
Ed Gold (Grant Shaud) is a likeable nonentity, generous and giving to a fault even though no one appreciates it--or even acknowledges his existence. All this changes after Ed rescues a woman named Marla (Rachel Lutrell), who is trapped in a mine shaft. Now an "instant celebrity", Ed allows his fifteen minutes of fame to go to his head, and before long he has all but ruined his marriage, his friendships...and his life.
