A college student whose new neighbors are a little too long in the tooth for comfort discover just how tough it can be to live next door to a clan of undead blood-suckers in a plasma-spewing vampire flick starring Todd Bridges and driven by a breakneck punk rock soundtrack. When Tom notices that his new neighbors keep a strictly nocturnal schedule, a closer look reveals a frightening reason for their curious case of their apparent photophobia.
