As an introspective drama of intersecting lives, Chilean director Sergio M. Castilla's feature Take the Bridge concerns four young Dominicans in Washington Heights. These individuals -initially complete strangers to one another - each make an unsuccessful suicide bid and are hospitalized in the same ward at the same time.
