""Shrek 2" is a wonderfully animated movie that reintroduces us to an Ogre (Mike Myers) and his formerly human wife, "Fiona" (Cameron Diaz), as well as introduces us to her parents. The story mostly takes place in "Far Far Away," a place where characters from popular fairy tales come to life. The acting is great, especially when it comes to the chemistry between Myers and Diaz, as well as Eddie Murphy ("Donkey"). Nearly every performance is believable. There are a lot of jokes directed at the children in the audience, but there are a few that only the adults will understand. Also, there are many sight gags that will make you laugh out loud. Watch out for some of the puns though. Myers is fantastic as the title character. He, and possibly Eddie Murphy as well, steal many of the scenes they are in. Another fun performance is by Antonio Banderas as "Puss-in-Boots". Diaz and Jennifer Saunders ("Fairy Godmother") are also great in their roles. With the mix of incredible computer animatio ...
