Terrified of rebellious youth culture, the faculty and staff at this particular high-school have gone overboard. Miami Takashi is meek, frightened, and was even voted "Least Likely to Survive" by her classmates, but she is in luck. Kekko Kamen, the fearless heroine who wears red boots, a red mask, and nothing else, is a protector of innocents, and she won't stand for mistreatment of people like Miami. The principal wants Kekko captured, not just for her heroic behavior but for her nudity!
