Close Your Eyes and Hold Me is an atmospheric and sexual drama centering on a transvestite called Hanabusa (Kumiko Takeda). After an engaged man named Amane (Kazuya Takahashi) hits her with his car, he tracks down Hanabusa and, despite her actually being a man, they begin a passionate love affair. When Amane leaves his fiancée, she becomes angry and visits Hanabusa.
