Newly discharged from a psychiatric hospital, 19-year-old Neil Lawrence (D.J. Qualls), the son of the governor of New York, enrolls in an ivy-covered prep school to straighten out his life. Things look promising when he meets the lovely 17-year-old T.J. (
Rachel Blanchard), but she has hidden problems of her own. When Neil, a closet J.D.
