This workout video is one way for new mothers to get back into shape after pregnancy while spending quality time with their babies. The video begins with some stretching followed by toning with resistance bands. After that, it's time to do some arm work while holding the baby. Next there are exercises for mother and baby with an exercise ball. After the ball, there is some low-impact aerobics followed by floor exercises targeting abs, thighs, and bottom. Finally there are range of motion exercises for the baby and last but not least, ten minutes of baby massage. This video comes with a 25-inch diameter exercise ball and a three-foot resistance exercise band.
