"I uncovered a rare gem here at Spout, a film I remember seeing as a child which left an indelible mark. It's basically about a carved indian in a canoe that is filmed going through streams, waterfalls, etc. Beautiful nature photos and brings to mind the same kind of awe in watching a leaf float down the gutter after a rainstorm when you were 5. I had no idea it was nominated for an Oscar (short subject) in 1968. Get it for your kids! " [More]
