Hoping to shake the still-unattached Kate ({Christa Miller) out her depression, the gang throws her a fake "shotgun" wedding, with Drew (
Drew Carey) in the role of the groom and a
Star Trek-clad Lewis serving as pastor ("Marriage. . .the final frontier"). It's all in fun until Drew confesses his true feelings towards Kate, whereupon she breaks out in hives (Coincidence? WE don't think so!). Other plot complications include a store employee named Ed (Fred Stoller) who for reasons that defy explanation begs to be fired--not to mention that pesky iguana who is perched on Drew's pool table. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
