A diehard Boston Red Sox fan takes her love of the game to unusual extremes in this mockumentary that weaves together fact and fiction to explore a summer on the diamond through the eyes of a season ticket holder. Sure Monika loves her husband, Ges, but when the opening pitch is thrown and the batter swings, her role as a Red Sox fan quickly overshadows her role as a devoted wife.
