The Blue Light (2003)

Synopsis
Academy Award-winner Ernest Borgnine stars in this children's fantasy film about a young boy who suddenly finds himself playing his favorite videogame from the inside. After making a wish, young Max (Noah Poletiek) is surprised when a magical fairy (Borgnine) appears offering to grant the boy's request.
