Cal Pozo's technique for teaching dance is an easily absorbed method broken down into simple steps. In Learn to Dance in Minutes: The Latin Dances, Pozo applies his moves to the rumba, cha-cha, salsa/mambo and the tango. Pozo begins his lesson with a visual layout of the pattern. He follows it with a physical demonstration of the steps shown by both male and female partners. The camera angle is from the learner's point of view.
