Santiago's Ark. Once again, the focus is on 11-year-old Santiago (Ruben Figueroa), a resident of Spanish Harlem who possesses an endless supply of energy and an extremely vivid imagination. This time around, Santiago has been chosen as his school's delegate to the Young America Continental Congress.
