Directed by Bryan Papciak, this ten-minute film provides a startling montage of footage from inside of an abandoned insane asylum. Met State was filmed over two years in varying conditions, and makes use of several different film and animation techniques. The film was an official selection of the Sundance Film Festival in 2003, and has received several awards in the category of Best Experimental Film at various festivals throughout the United States.
