Prunella Scales), who wasn't really married but merely pretended to be in order to keep predatory males at arm's length. The star residents of the Centre were Chancy (Julia St. John), Lena (Victoria Carling), Milly (Regina Freeman), Dora (Clare Cathcart), and Hetty (Amanda Bellamy), who let it all hang out on a weekly basis during lively and tempestuous group-therapy sessions.
