Hogan manages to get hold of a book containing the Luftwaffe's secret code. Alas, Newkirk accidentally drops the book into the Stalag 13 well. Hogan's efforts to retrieve the book are stymied by the fact that the well is filling rapidly with freezing-cold water. Will Klink unwittingly provide Hogan with the solution to the problem -- again?
