This is a documentary which shows the rather raw side of an increasingly more common method of finding a marriage partner. Focusing on a group of Danes who have "courted" some Philippine women by mail, this documentary shows that though some of the matches actually work, more often than not the women have little legal or social status and are confused and alone - and unable to return to their own homes once the commitment has been made. ~ Tana Hobart, All Movie Guide
