This video presents an episode from the popular PBS kids' wildlife series. Created for the preschool set and enjoyable for children of all ages, the show's star is Zoboo, a lemur from Madagascar. Zoboo appears as a real animal, a puppet -- operated by puppeteer Gordon Robertson -- in clay animation, and in film animation. Drawing on their expertise in biology and zoology, the show's creators, Chris and Martin Kratt, use Zoboo and his animal friends to teach children about wildlife and their habits, and to instill an ethic of respect for the other species with whom humans share the earth. ~ Rose of Sharon Winter, All Movie Guide
