Londo neglects an important series of legislations with the Narn when he falls in love with nightclub dancer Adira Tyree (Fabiana Udenio). Things get dicey when it develops that the dancer is a reluctant spy, assigned to get top-secret information which could topple the Centauri government. Meanwhile, Garibaldi discovers that someone is using the Gold Channels without permission.
