Herbert Lynn Parsons: Showman Shooter features extremely rare footage of one of the greatest exhibition shooters of all time. An internationally renowned marksman, Parsons dazzled audiences with his quick draw and precise aim. Clay targets, blocks of wood, cabbage, eggs, and a variety of other objects were shattered with a pump 12-gauge shotgun during his wildly entertaining exhibitions. Parsons, a lifelong gun enthusiast, was employed by the Winchester gun company for more than 30 years. Originally produced in 1954 by a professional film company, Showman Shooter is possibly the only film record of exhibition shooting as it once existed. ~ Scott Albright, All Movie Guide
