Choreographer Fatima leads this funky, high-energy dance workout. Viewers may recognize her dance moves from her choreography work in videos by the Backstreet Boys and
Aaliyah. She uses some of those moves and other original steps like "The Raj" and "The Shake" to create a fun and energetic 42-minute routine. Fatima introduces each move and repeats it several times (with counting) before setting the whole routine to music and urging the participant to dance along.
