This exercise video presents a routine designed by Ann Jewel and Dela Anderson for use by middle-aged and senior fitness seekers. Anderson is Jewel's personal trainer, and was instrumental in helping the 71-year-old regain her strength and flexibility after a back injury. Together they took the name "anadela" and devised an exercise program, which has been endorsed by health professionals. It is comprised of warm-ups, aerobics, strengthening exercises, and a cooldown.
