In this made-for-cable comedy, Charlie Boyle is a 13-year-old genius who is attending a top university on a full scholarship. But being the only kid his age on campus isn't much fun, so Charlie invents an alter ego -- Chazz, the hippest eighth grader at Franklin Middle School.
