Synopsis
In this gory horror opus from Hong Kong, a lunatic named Lau Shu Bill (Chan Kwok-Bong) kills a number of innocent women and keeps a videotaped diary of his crimes. Diary of a Serial Killer represented something of a change of pace for producer Peter Chan, who as a director was responsible for much lighter fare, such as the romantic comedies Who's the Woman, Who's the Man and his American directorial debut, The Love Letter. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide
