Don't tell me, I know what you're thinking! You're here to hunt for the Nintendo Wii! Then you've come to the right place. This is a red letter
day in the history of Spout... But nevermind that now, nevermind. I've hidden a Wii somewhere on Spout, and if you find it, it might just be yours!
I'll give you clues along the way so your search won't be too hard. Below are the terms and conditions for the Scavenger Hunt, take a look at them
before you get started.

SCAVENGER HUNT PROMOTION DRAWING
Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary. Go to www.spout.com and follow the directions for the Scavenger Hunt. To enter, you must complete all of
the Scavenger Hunt tasks in sequential order between 12:01 a.m. EST on Wednesday, April 29, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2008
and you must register as a user of Spout.com (unless you are already registered). Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address.
In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
“Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online
service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses
for the domain associated with the submitted email address. For information regarding privacy policy, visit www.spout.com/Privacy.aspx.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete,
illegible, tampered with, misdirected, late or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or
electronic.

Drawings. On or about May 26, 2008, Sponsor will hold a random drawing to select one prize winner from all eligible entries received. Odds
of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
- Prize. One winner will receive a Nintendo Wii with an approximate retail value of $264.

General Conditions. Winner will be notified by mail and/or phone within 30 days of prize drawing at the email address provided to Sponsor.
If a winner cannot be located or does not respond to claim the prize within 14 days after notification, the prize will be awarded to an
alternate winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign a Prize
Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Release Form within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance, an alternate winner will
be selected. By acceptance of prize, winner agrees without limitation to the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for publicity
purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. No substitution of prizes permitted, except that Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event any prize cannot be awarded as stated. Prize is transferable
at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and
binding in all matters related to this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that Sponsor and its respective
representatives, agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses
or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or technical,
hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, cost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by
any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit an entrant’s ability
to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion,
it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception or other
unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor’s representatives. Sponsor is not
responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Promotion, including but not limited to errors in the
advertising, Official Rules, selection and announcement of the winner and distribution of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate
or amend this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, if any factor, including without limitation virus, bugs, or
non-authorized human intervention, interferes with its conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT
TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Eligibility. Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older,
who have had Internet access prior to the first date of this Promotion and who are registered users of Spout.com. Employees of Sponsor and its
licensed dealers, agents and affiliates, and employees’ immediate families are not eligible to win. Immediate family members include relatives
living at the same address as an employee. Promotion is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
This Promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are
not authorized to participate in this Promotion if you are not located within the United States.
