Disturbia
I went to see Disturbia today for several reasons. One was that my boyfriend kinda wanted to see it. Another was that I work at a movie theatre, and so the two of us could go for free. The third, and most important reason, is that said movie theatre is in the process of switching to an all-digital format (or at least 90% digital anyway) and today the first four all-digital theatres were up and running, and Disturbia was the best of the four movie choices. The others were Perfect Stranger, Redline and Barnyard. I expected this movie to be pretty, well, bad. And honestly, it wasn't great, but it was much better than I expected. It was creepy to the extreme, and the acting was decent, better than decent by David Morse, and for once I didn't want to punch Shia LaBeouf in the face. However, I found it pretty lame that the last line of the movie was about Youtube, but the end up until that point was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised.
