this story about a beautiful Dutch/Jewish woman who joins the Resistance during WW II is exciting and very entertaining but i've seen it compared to Schindler's List and that is stretching it a little! it's pretty much a slick soap-operish movie using the war as a backdrop and i thought it had a few too many twists and double-crosses to be credible. i loved the Nazi hunk who she falls for but, although i was willing to go with the flow, that whole storyline really was impossible. maybe if he was just a German officer, but the head of the Gestapo? i don't think so! anyway, Carice VanHouten and Sebastian Koch were wonderful and i'm looking forward to seeing them in the future (i agree she'd be a great Bond girl)!
