The Good Shepherd is long enough to watch over 2 nights, but you need to see it in one sitting. If I was to write out the various plots, they wouldn't seem compelling, but somehow DeNiro keeps you interested. I promise, I won't spoil the movie for you...
Dick Clark stars as Matt Damon in this thriller about a man who sells his soul to the devil in exchange for immortality and immorality. By simply standing in the shadows, shoulders hunched, fadora pulled low, Dick Clark is able to score young babes. Even handicapped babes. Fitting that chicks who can't hear are attracted to him, since he never utters a word.
The cast is excellent. Thankfully, the Cigarrette Smoking Man starring as Alec Baldwin isn't distracting as a man who stays away from his home all night, avoiding Kim Basinger who loves animals far more than people.
