I was surprised. I thought that this would be just another guy-bashing movie, but it turned out to be remarkably sweet. Although some parts were quite a bit unbelievable, and other parts were incredibly sour- it evened out to be a strangely humorous movie. I actually really enjoyed myself. I was thoroughly entertained.

    Spider-Man 3  (2007)

Spiderman 3 would have been great... if its intent was to be a comedy.

    Horrible acting
    Horrible make-up
    Horrible hair-styles
Horrible... ehhh... dare I say it?.... dancing
Horrible (and sad) attempt at trying to show that the New-York in the movie isn’t the New-York in reality.
Horrible script...Heck... it was just  a
    Horrible movie.

I gave up trying to think of a better word to describe it.
It made me laugh, it made me cry... it quite honestly made me want to kill myself in honor of all movie viewers who were tormented by this absolutely hysterical attempt at redeeming the somewhat already over-killed trilogy.  It was so bad I wanted my $1.70 back... I was so disapointed by the spidd-y flick it was pathetic. Me and my friend Sarah laughed ourselves out of the theatre quoting the hysterical nonsense dialogue used throughout the entirety of the film.

at least we waited to see it in the dollar theatre.

    Shooter  (2007)

More blood then necessary- really, he violence was a little much for me. But all in all, I think it was a very inspiring movie. at least it seems to be for most audience members.

    Evan Almighty  (2007)

I actually was very, very surprised by this movie (having expected more of a Bruce almighty remake) I was pleasantly greeted by an adorable little family film... it was exciting and fun, the story kept moving. Although it wasn’t an adult focused movie (like bruce almighty was) is was much more family friendly. I enjoyed the light humor and the quite comical “dancing” credits.

All in all, a 10 out of 10.

  • well done.

    Transformers  (2007)

The movie was amazing. I really enjoyed the characters- the storylines everything. 4 things in the movie bothered me though. The reference towards our President was ridiculous and unnecessary (you voted him into his position of authority- now respect him and deal with it.) The second thing was that entirely needless make out scene at the end of the movie “ok, ok, I get it- he gets the girl” but please, do you really think the car would want them to make out on his hood? With the other transformers watching? I don’t know about you, but it would have bothered me. Thirdly, why did the girl have to be a slut? Why couldn’t she dress a little more modest? She was such a cool character... but her boobs popping out, her skirt riding up, and her midriff being flaunted every which way- really didn’t add anything to her at all, it was absolutely pointless. Last thing (and the least important thing,) was that the voices were a little cheesy- the film seemed so cool and modern, so not a kids movie but that really killed it for me. It would have been cool if they all spoke using the radio- it would have been an interesting means of communication, and it would have kept the feeling of maturity with the film. With those small (barely noticeable, but still somewhat significant,) things aside, the movie was utterly fabulous. I really, really loved it.

How could you not love The Princess Bride? I loved everything about this movie, its hysterical.

It starts off as a grandfather telling is grandson (who has a cold) a story... and it just skyrockets from there. Such a great movie.
