Apparently Mark Deming, All Movie Guide and I viewed different versions of the film Volver. The version that I seen did not contain any ghosts but what appeared to be a ghost until all was cleared up about the "death" of Raimunda's mother in the last third of the movie. I thought the movie, the plot and the acting were very good.
