i loved this movie. i usually dont like humor mixed in with my horror but i understood as the movie progressed that  the characters in the movie were based on real life people who just happened to have a good sense of humor. even though, they got more serious as the theme of the movie became more grim. this movie has a villain that is ten times as evil as hannibal. his crimes range from identity theft to child murder to canniballism and please believe me, you do not want this guy as your ob- gyn. this is probably a asian film that will not be get an american remake due to the child murder scene, the chop stick rape scene, the urine drinking scene, the.... just believe me, the mpaa would vomit if they saw this film. but if you love your horror raw and unfiltered, like i do, watch this movie.
