quite inspirational
I can't believe I've never heard of this before my friend reccomended it to me. After all, living in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin and being a lover of films as I am, one would expect me to be an expert on it. Although the humor is quite low-brow, it still gets me a laugh everytime. Especially Mike Schank's unique scream. This film is very inspirational in the sense of showing that you can put out a successful film such as Coven with a minimal budget and not much to go on. American Movie is a film about the struggle of making a movie and the good times that go along with it. Any filmmaker out there should watch this and even if you're not looking to put out a movie, it's still a good view.
