Man on the Flying Trapeze
W.C. Fields is always a joy to watch. His mumbling and bumbling are full of perfect comic timing. His comments are so witty, but they come through in a way that it's almost easy to miss them, but if you are paying attention they hit you ten times harder. His character here has a few little vices, but is mostly a good and steadfast husband, father, and employee even when everyone else around him seems to be berating him and taking him for granted. This thing is full of laughs and joy if you are into Fields' style.
If anyone has any idea where the title of this movie came from though, could you please inform me? The title as it was known by in the UK according to IMBD as "The Memory Expert" makes a lot more sense to me.
