La Dolce Vita
There is a lot that can be said about this movie, but I will just state in this quick little post that the dancing scene in the ruins, with the crazy, satyr-like "Frankie" is something that just sticks in your head. That and the black sunglasses. Seldom have black sunglasses been so utterly, utterly cool.

No one can sport the shades like Mastrioanni. Not even Big Willie Style and Tommy Lee Jones combined.

The movie is packed with amazing scenes that end up sticking with me too. The prostitutes house that the love scene takes place in, the children playing at seeing the virgin, marcello seeing his friend dead and dealing with the widow, while the papparazzi swirl around like flies. The movie haunts.
