The Talent Given Us, brought to you by the Wagners.
I'm halfway through this film right now and I love it. It's fantastic. Everyone should watch it. With family, if possible.
Part of the amazement I'm experiencing with this flick is I'm watching a real family. Andrew Wagner shot this thing with his parents and two sisters and it's so genuine. I feel like I'm in a minivan with my parents and two sisters. But I'm liking it, so maybe it's more fiction than I thought.
Anyway, see it. Currently, it's only available through Netlfix.

I don't know Paul. I didn't love it so much. I didn't feel like I was in a minivan with my family. This family was extremely blunt and forward with eachother, my family tends to be a little more reserved with eachother. Instead of it feeling geniune to me it felt a little ridiculous and "out there." It would just never happen that my family would take an impromptu road trip across the country.
I enjoyed the movie a little, but I did not find it realistic. I was hoping for a '51 Birch Street' and instead I found a 'Little Miss Sunshine'...except not as funny and heart warming.
My favorite part of the movie was 'the making of the film' that I watched after the movie was done.
