Please understand; I cannot even begin to imagine the absolute complexity of God's mind, but I can appreciate at least one paradox of God's condition: the power to do absolutely everything, but no permission given (well, God can give Godself permission; just like I can name myself 'King of the Literati').
I realized this while watching You, Me & Dupree. I myself am like Dupree, except I'm 'Dupree before the movie started!'
That means I'm a bit needier than 'the Randolph Dupree we see' is; but if I keep my eyes on 'the goal,' the gifts found in "building up to it" will lead me to greater-and-greater abundance!
What is 'the goal'? Service. Service to nature. Service to family. Service to friends. Service to the Divine Desire.
Through Randolph Dupree's service, through Owen Wilson's service and through my service, they who hear us will meet the world with Seven Kinds of Smoke, help the world to accommodate the MotherShip, and top it of with Mandy the Mormon Librarian's very-own, well-lit 'Mandy-ness.'
