Ever since I was a child I have loved this movie. I can watch it over and over when theres nothing else to watch. It is witty and mysterious, and is a magnificent portrayal of the book. The thing that sets this movie apart from other muppet adventures is that Rizzo is the other sidekick, and Fozzy is a lesser character. And with Tim Curry as the head human, what's not to love?

Best movie since...well, ever.

I came across Mouin Rouge one day while going through movies we bought that had not been opened. I had no clue what it was about...and I didn't watch it. Then my friends were talking about it and how much they loved it, so finally I popped in the DVD player and watched it. My first thoughts were things like, "What's going on...Why on earth am I watching this?" But after a while I realized how much I liked it. For the next week I watched it every day, and soon I realized that it was the best movie I had ever seen. It's funny, and romantic, and the songs are brilliant. My favorites are Elephant Love Medlay and El Tango de Roxanne. It's the kind of movie that I can watch over and over and love it more each time. People will be talking aobut his movie for yars to come.
