I know I'm in the minority but this is my favorite Miyazaki film. Totoro and Spirited Away are wonderful too, but they are aimed a bit more at kids while I feel this is a film that only adults can really get the most out of with all its historical references and adult themes. If you're at all a fan of film noir, 40's films, aviation history, and/or anime, see this. As I love all these genres, this one goes to the top of my list right alongside Grave Of The Fireflies.
