Apollo 13 is one of those movies I can't help but watch every time it's on TV. Based on a true story of a mission to the moon that goes wrong, this movie plays with your emotions no matter how many times you've seen it - a testament to Ron Howard.

Great drama - keeps the viewer engaged

Ransom details the love of a father for his son, paired with his marriage and puts all of his emotions to the test as he fights to get his son back from the kidnappers against his wife's wishes. Mel Gibson and Gary Sinise are phenomenal in their roles in Ransom.

Derailed brings all of your emotions into play as a love triangle goes horribly wrong. Plenty of twists to keep the viewer engaged.

Charlize Theron and Kevin Bacon have amazing performances in this thriller. Very suspensful, keeps you dialed in as you watch, not wanting to miss a second. Plenty of action for the guys, lots of drama for the ladies - highly recommend for everyone.

Horrible acting and a worse plot line - don't waste your time

The plot is sketchy at best. Without giving anything away it's tough to explain all the gaps in the plot and actions a real person would have taken were they in a similarly ridiculous situation. If you find it easy to lose yourself in a movie regardless of how ridiculous it may seem, you MAY enjoy Collateral, but I doubt it.

Great acting and directing, Crash details the lives of several different people from all different walks of life; from a senator to carjackers, and how each of their lives are connected. The directing and editing is phenomenal in the way the story is all brought together. Crash makes you stop and think about all the ways in which your actions affect others, and brings race/culture issues out in the open.
