We all know who the killer is, there's no mystery there, and his ways of killing are just a little too silly to care. I went in trying to like it, but came out confused and disappointed.Romanticismhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12184.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:53:59 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12184kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12184.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12184Bring together Paul Michael Glaser, Ringo Starr, and Robert Urich in one film and you know you'll have a grand old time. It's a typical romance novel story that carries itself over a mini-series. Definitely a keeper.What?http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12183.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:52:41 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12183kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12183.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12183I'm still at a loss to explain this movie. They take two well-known Jewish actors (Leonard Nimoy and Paul Michael Glaser) and cast them as the Romans. Then they take the story of the Miracle of Lights and warp it into something that barely resembles the original. Very weird movie that should only be sought out for the WTF factor.Toe Pick!http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12182.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:50:38 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12182kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12182.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12182There's a reason why this movie has become a cult classic. Romantic fun directed by the fine talents of Paul Michael Glaser.Interestinghttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12181.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:49:51 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12181kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12181.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12181I found this to be an interesting re-telling of Houdini's life. Alot of familiar faces grace the story as we work towards the end we all see coming.Adapted from the Stagehttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12179.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:48:44 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12179kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12179.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12179This was a good adaptation of the play, though you can tell it was originally meant for theatre based on the sparseness of the set. It's a film I watch again and again.Bad, Just Badhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12178.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:47:39 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12178kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12178.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12178I came in to see Paul Michael Glaser and quickly bailed out after his storyline was over. It's not even worth the trouble.Based on a True Storyhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12177.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:46:29 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12177kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12177.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12177A good adaptation of the real-life event, this is a film that works to explore just what happened that fateful day.Don't I Know You?http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12175.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:45:33 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12175kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12175.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12175This is a film of the whose who of television. The plot's mindless entertainment as it wanders through the search for love.A Bit Dated, But Still Funhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/archive/2007/6/25/12174.aspxTue, 26 Jun 2007 01:44:38 GMTcdd0f780-13db-4d93-b0f4-ada579d02ae7:12174kimberlyFDR0http://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/comments/12174.aspxhttp://www.spout.com/blogs/kimberlyfdr/commentrss.aspx?PostID=12174This movie explores gender roles in the changing society. Paul Michael Glaser plays a househusband before the role was accepted or cool. A friendly film that's fun to watch!
