Jeven Dovey's Cain Rose Up - An adaptation of a Stephen King story

Please, Cain Rose Up is a story based on the events of the life of Charles Whitman, The Texas Tower Shooter.
Charles Joseph Whitman was a student at the University of Texas at Austin who killed 16 people and wounded 31 others, as part of a shooting rampage from the observation deck of the University's 32-story administrative building on August 1, 1966. He did this shortly after murdering his wife and mother. He was eventually shot and killed by Austin police.
The Film's Interpretation:
The plot is about one student who thinks he know what is moral and what is not. He believes that god lets all these immoral people live their lives with no consequence. So he decides to take action into his own hands and rid the world of this evil.
