This film seems to only be affecting when viewed twice. The film starts out fine enough, but I started to get bored about 30 minutes into it - everything was just too oblique to fully understand or see where the characters were coming from. And then the end happens and you're left feeling like you missed a whole lot. So you have to watch it again. I love '70's cinema. Since I've only seen this once, though, I'm going to have to rate it as "neutral" since, up until the ending, I was getting antsy. Maybe on the next viewing, I'll re-rate it.
