I have to say that for a sequel this one was awesome! I am the biggest fan of the Bridget Jones series, and having read both books several times and watched the first movie LOTS of times this movie really lived up to my expectations!

When I am not in a great mood, I put on this movie and go to the part where Hugh Grant and Colin Firth start fighting and fall into the fountain, and it NEVER fails to brighten my spirits and put a smile on my face!

I must see for all of those "Bridgets" out there! :)

  • I love love love this movie!

    Love Actually  (2003)

What can I say? This is one of the greatest movies I have ever seen! Its one of those movies you can watch when you are feeling down and it actually can cheer you up!

The part that ALWAYS makes me smile is watching Hugh Grant dance to "Jump (for my love)"! I mean gorgeous British man dancing....need I say more?!

Catch and Release tells the story of Gray a woman who is engaged to be married to the man of her dreams, but on the weekend they are supposed to have their wedding instead they are having his funeral. Gray must come to terms with the fact that her fiancee wasn't exactly the most honest person in their relationship like that he has a secret bank account with lots of money, a secret ex-girlfriend and the love child that may or may not be his! During this time, Gray becomes close to Fritz her fiancee's best friend who she had written off as a jerk/loser but she realizes that her first impression may be the wrong one!

I loved this movie, it was funny, sweet, sad, and especially romantic and I highly recommend this movie to Jennifer Garner fans as well as fans of romantic dramas!
