I have to admit that Pump up the volume may be one of my favorite movies for the very fact that he spoke for the rarely heard introvert-kind. He played the part of showing that some of those quiet kids can be ridiculous brilliant, and get this...actually interesting. However in this movie, he put that image to shame. I always have such high hopes for Christian because of his early works. I look forward to a twisted character...instead we get a man who wants to kill everyone because he's a loner. Has this plot not been played out enough already? I was hoping for demented ramblings and the unexpected but you end up with a mixture of a love story and "Wonderfalls." Lame. The end.
