Although this had the most suspensful scene in the decade, I was kinda disappointed with this movie. For one thing, was it really neccessary for the mutants to be in CGI?

This is one hell of a good action flick. Sure, it is only that average 80s action movie, but it is so much better than those Chuck Norris ones! Rutger Hauer plays bounty hunter Nick Randall, who tries to foil a terrorist plot after the terrorist leader, played by Kiss bass player Gene Simmons, kills both his friend and his lover.

A very funny film directed by Peter Jackson! Hilarious cameo from Lee Ermy (the drill sargent from Full Metal Jacket).

Original better than remake!

I saw the remake of this recently and, quite frankly, i thought it sucked! I've been looking out for this one for ages, and finally saw it. This was a very good film. It's ashame that it is rare and underrated!
