I heard David O' Russell (perhaps that is spelled incorrectly) say that I Heart Huckabees was the first truly existential motion picture ever made. First of all, he is a hack. Second of all, he has obviously never seen this picture. This movie is so completely phenomenal, that it will actually make you want to to punch David Thewlis in the face. God! What an exquisite performance!!! I believe this is only the second film, behine Barton Fink, to win the 3 biggest prizes at Cannes ( Best Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Actor). GOOD STUFF!! DO NOT MISS IT!!!
