A group of people on a rafting/camping getaway lay their heads down to rest in an old ghost town. Just about the moment they do, they begin to get picked off one by one by forces unseen. Dead bodies shake with hints of life, carved figures bookend the proceedings with metaphorical depth, and an unknown entity decapitates or otherwise slices anybody it get can get close to! If that all sounds great, well, we feel obligated to point out the following…. This has been long considered by horror fans to be one of the worst movies ever made! And though we wouldn’t quite go that far, we felt it was important to point that fact out. It’s also one of the big reasons we wanted to offer it! We’re pretty sick like that. Yes, it’s a little slow, but it isn’t as bad as a lot people want you to think it is. Some decent atmosphere, a fun soundtrack, and Mr. Woody Strode riding into town at night like death himself! Gorehounds need apply elsewhere, however. Check it out and decide for yourself!
