Steve Wallace is a man who has just gotten out of jail, a man about to make one final play, and above all else, A Man To Respect! Douglas is brilliant in his role as a master thief who turns down a job offered to him by an organization that recognizes his particular talents. The first job he ever took from them landed him in jail. Now that he knows what’s out there it’s time to take it! To accomplish this without anyone ever knowing he did it help is needed; enter Marco, but can Marco truly be trusted? There are enough people against Steve as it is! It’s very possible that Florinda Bolkan never looked more alluring on screen than she does in this movie. Also featured is another fantastic score by Ennio Morricone, Tonino Delli Colli’s amazing cinematography, and a stunning car chase (must be seen to be believed).
